All Intelligence, This Child Tasting The Soup, Not Mad, Just Insane

By Idowu, Stephen Olufemi

  1. All Intelligence

Human!

Yap! In attention

I am

What ail thee, so idle?

Why so relaxed, in feeble comfort?

Yelling in a fooling comfort

Scorning time to a waste

Oh, get not ignorant!

This soothing comfort

Tantalizing comfort

All Intelligence

So swift, So flighty

Than the Architect, the Inventor

In twinkle a time

Information is gathered

A composition is made

Me, stress disposed

Reason unburdened

Life on pleasure

Needs sourcing at ease

On a platter of All Intelligence

Human!

Yap! In attention

I am

See e!

All Intelligence

Not soothing comfort, Painful ruse

Not tantalizing comfort, Draining enclosure

The intelligence is cloned, that man is a robot

The Intelligence is tamed, that man is a puppy

What a doll, the man becomes!

It is an exchange!

The Intelligence

Fiction for Reality, Life for Death

Time will tell, Season will open

What is Intelligence? The Intelligence

The Intelligence, Enduring Intelligence

The faculty of man, reasoning made redundant!

Heee!

What a secret, a Bubble burst!

Not All Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence

Ploy redundancy, Trick Moronity

Banish Creativity, exterminate humanity

Generating corruptibility, enliven fantasy

Bravo!

That truth, you search out!

Artificial Intelligence, you caution embracing

Artificial Intelligence, you probe engaging

Originality maintained, humanity sustained

That man is man, that man is human!

  1. This Child Tasting The Soup

Its scent filters the nose

Warming, cooling, hot-fresh

Silvering surface, dilating

Tempting, immersing bowling full

This soup of Ivory Tower

Sister Come, Brother Come

Both, watch the soup

To keep for you and your family

Lead to a safe place and share for all

What? Struggles, Sister-Brother

Sister tripped the brother, Await Sister

Sister maneuvering, lone to keep

This massive soup of the Ivory Tower

Her choice assistants, puppy assistants

Left, right, roundabout sister dollies

Total stranger, sister in the safety of Ivory Tower

Never keep  a unit safe

Never keep  a department safe

Never keep  a faculty safe

Yet, manoeuvres fresh Ivory Tower soup

Keeping safe, self-evasion

Amass the dollies, puppies, monkeys

To keep the soup, she stirs to scoop

What a mess! It spills to the chest!

What a stranger, wandering confused

Stranger!

Yes, a stranger

Will wander and always wander

The atmosphere unfamiliar, the topography is alien

It’s all confusion,  it’s all dilemmas

Ivory Tower soup spills to waste

Not wise stranger, foolish she is

Not asking for ways, the pride of ignorance

Wise stranger asks, takes counsel

Not missing the way, keep safe the Ivory Tower

This sister, a foolish stranger, messes with the chest

Foolish keeper of fresh Ivory Tower soup

Face-scaled pride, enmeshed in childish puppetry

Compromised Ivory Tower’s delicacy, this fresh soup

It’s getting sour, not momentarily steadily-steamed

When ready, others to serve, I fear

Family!

Why remain dumb?

Arise! Shout! Cry!

Let all hear!

Let all come!

Let all see!

The strange sister, keeping fresh Ivory Tower soup

Spill to chest, to waste

Safety! Safety! Safety!

Fresh Ivory Tower needs

Avoiding a sour taste

When ready, others to serve

The family’s delight

The pride of the Town

The Ivory Tower’s Gown

The Universal Crown

  1. Not Mad, Just Insane

What a sign!

Sign of insanity

Knotty unkept hair

Dancing in the pavilion

Full Full-grown prince in ecstasy

What a sign!

Sign of insanity

Tattered cloth trousers

Holed trousers  all around

Christened crazy jeans

What a sign!

Sign of insanity

Rough cloth trousers

Ugly all around

Christened dirty jeans

What a sign!

Sign of Insanity

Not worn by Presidents

Never on  Governors

Absent on  Chairmen

Why this insanity?

Ravaging the Ivory Towers

As a dress code of pride

Where is the yester year?

When the Ivory Towers

Pride the Town to Gown

Awake, O Sages!

The echelon of wisdom

In the bosoms of Ivory Towers

Parade the Excellence of the Gown!

By the procession of decent dignity

To the insane of Ivory Towers

The mirror to the Town!

The sane excellence of Gown

To decry
